If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days. We will provide a refund (Less shipping & handling) on all items that are returned in new and unused condition. All returns must include ALL original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot return items that have been used.
All orders will ship via Fedex within 24-48 hours. We ship daily MON-FRI. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you via email as soon as we can.
All prices on our website and in our catalog are subject to change at anytime. All orders will be billed by " MastaMinds Incorporated "
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact our offices within 24 hours and save all boxes, packing material, etc. We will file an insurance claim and promptly resolve the situation with a new un-damaged item.
Due to the large size and weight of roll cages we usually ship in multiple shipments. This means your purchase may arrive in 1-2 packages.
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. RollCageStore.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice.
